In this archive spec, you create and upload an A2Z zip (A2ZCzip) and A2Z combo PDF (A2ZCpdf) as separate files following these steps:
First, zip your files and folders (using the SFN and SFF specs).
NOTE: A source file, PDF, and JPG should only be provided for your production-ready design deliverable(s) while all other files (such as research, exploration, ideation, iterations, revisions, etc.) should only be referenced in your A2ZCpdf.
TIP: Use the SFS/OFS and MMDDYYb versioning specs to keep your files and zip organized and easy to find/work with.
Next, use the COMBO File Naming (CFN) spec to rename your zip appropriately.
Submit/upload the zip and the combo PDF (A2ZCpdf) to a corresponding D2L assignment folder as separate files (even though your A2ZCpdf might also be included within your zip). NOTE: If you do not upload a combo PDF separately, you will be given half credit for the assignment until it is corrected.
